2. Our Offerings

2.1 Coaching Services

AuraValue provides value-based coaching sessions designed to foster growth in organizational and personal processes. Our offerings include group workshops, one-on-one sessions, and customized signature programs.

2.2 Info-Products

We offer digital learning materials such as guides, templates and recorded seminars that can be accessed online upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

We supply branded workbooks, toolkits and related merchandise that support the coaching journey.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full prior to delivery of any service, download or shipment. We accept standard payment methods as listed at the point of sale.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Coaching Services

Requests for a refund of general coaching sessions must be made within 14 days of the session purchase and prior to the start of the first session. If you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund. Coaching sessions may be transferred to another date at no extra charge if rescheduled at least 48 hours before the session. The Signature Program is non-refundable due to the bespoke planning and resource allocation committed upon enrollment.

4.2 Info-Products

A full refund of any digital product may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4.3 Goods

You may send back unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition. Shipping cost for sending items back is on the client. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the sent item.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled at no additional charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to an additional fee or may be deemed non-modifiable.

6. Amendments

AuraValue reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in 2025. We will notify you by email or post any changes on our website. Continued use after amendments signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
